(the “Registrant”) to register 926,786 additional shares of common stock to be offered pursuant to the LogicBio Therapeutics, Inc. 2018 Equity Incentive Plan and 231,696 additional shares of common stock to be offered pursuant to the LogicBio Therapeutics, Inc. 2018 Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
